We typically send 1 cleaner to your home, we like to ensure a good relationship is built up with our clients. If the job is a bigger job we often send our 2 cleaners.

Cancellation Policy

We want our clients to be aware that a 48-hour cancellation notice for appointments is required, and all big cleans, such as end of tenancy cleans, will incur a non-refundable £50 deposit upon booking. If you cancel a general clean or deep clean within 48 hours of your appointment you will incur a charge.
